Oil temp on mine was 210* when it failed. Had been driving it for a couple hours.
Possibly because I made a pull up a little bit of a grade, not sure. Shortly after it had the symptoms I've read about. Kinda erratic oil pressure, idling at about 20psi, pull from a stop and pressure would jump up really quick to 75-80psi, then normalize to 40.
Katech pump had already been ordered about a week before this happened ironically.
