Don't worry about the 1/8th inch below fill line stuff. I was curious and emailed Tremec, here is the correspondence below. Filled with the RP synchromax along with all others RP fluids in my vehicles. My vehicles love the Synerlec additives!

Your trans will take approx 3.84 liters you’ll need to buy 4qts you will use just under 4. Add fluid until it comes out of the side plug and then cap it.
