Thinking of doing this change after about 4K miles and 6 track days. I have never done it so do not think it would be a bad idea to do. I know that even in the manual transmission it uses synthetic LV ATF HP (the blue label). Not sure what the difference is between the blue label and black label. I also am looking for what the red thread seal is used on the drain and fill plugs?
