2022 ZLE 470 miles S/C Bypass Valve Failure?

Recently got my 2022 ZLE, has around 470 miles as of today.

While on my drive back home and merging onto the highway, I felt that the car was lacking a lot of power.

Then I realized that the vehicle was barely making 2-3psi of boost according to the dash. It would sometimes hit the first line after 0 which I assume is 5psi or so.

The belt seems dry, and has plenty of tension.

Then it caught my attention that the S/C Bypass valve was not all the way closed even when the car was off. (the bracket was not resting against the set screw).

I tried to see if it was moving freely by hand and retracting, and it looks like it doesn't always want to go full closed. I assume this is what is happening when I am driving which is causing the car not to be able to generate enough boost.

From what I see on google some bypass valves have an electrical connector to them, while the 2022 ZLE doesn't have any electrical connectors, and only a single vacuum line ?

Anyone else has had similar issues?
