that is a bit complicated, turbo I4 cars came with the A8 even in 2020, the transition was very lengthy. Another "nice" touch is the use of the same MX0 option code for all automatic transmissions, from 8L45 through 8L90 and 10L80 to 10L90...
I am not aware of a precompiled, comprehensive list of changes either, and coming up with it based on 160-170-page model year order books and distribution update documents would be a ton of work.
