See link and YouTube. Official timing just under 173. It simply runs out of power to over come aero drag, it hits the wind wall... Not sure how others got to 187, maybe... But I paid 2k to run it on the space shuttle landing strip, which is 3 miles long and very smooth.... Stock 1SSLE and my foot was down to the floor... This was in light rain...
