Also I am using the Procharger recommended NGK 6510 plugs and running approx 40-50% eth, and no cold start issues down to 40 degrees. Haven't tried starting in anything colder.
Only use the Procharger tune if you have no other way of getting it to a tuner. It's downright abusive to your engine. Def don't do WOT with it as you wont get proper power enrichment. Okay to use it for "normal" driving IMO.
I think getting a base tune from a remote tuner is much preferable, and cheaper. I think folks like Rick Clarke charge a couple hundred for a tune that should be pretty darn good, and maybe even cheaper than what Procharger would charge.
If you want the dyno numbers, then maybe take it somewhere to tweak final timing and MAF/Speed Density/etc after applying one of those remote tunes.
