Not enough of a power difference between the 93/meth number and E40 number to really say which is faster. Now what’s better for the stock LT1 short block, that’s a different story! E40 on 9 psi is infinitely better to run in that scenario than the 93/meth on 11 psi. Less boost and a cooler combustion chamber to boot will be much better in terms of that short block holding up long term.
