If it weren't for the rivets and the double sided tape, I'd suggest that you tweak the bolts a bit to adjust it left to right, but not if those are in place, since you'd probably just make it worse in the end (not knocking your abilities, you may well be experienced with body panels for all I know, but these are a b**ch to work with...).
