I wouldn’t worry so much about the resale. Also you can document the issues with your car your self and show the next buyer exactly what was wrong with the car. Save the invoice and it will match the car fax (if they even report it). Remember it’s not going to come up on the carfax as damage or an accident.

Those exterior issues are completely unacceptable and imho so are the interior trunk ones. For those of us that keep our cars a decent amount of time those paint “blemishes” will turn into 100% clear coat failure many years before clear coat typically starts to fail due to age and environmental conditions. Paint is typically the most expensive thing that can fail on a car, probably the second most on ours because the LT1 is pushing 9k.
