I've played with Psi up front up to 34 and 35 cold and it's not any better, haven't gotten in to the alignment to see if there's something there, there's nothing obvious in the alignment otherwise.
Good in the rain though, wears nicely, very nice street tire, rides nice, is quiet but I wouldn't buy another set of them.

First, I can not speak about the Toyo's. I don't track my car so those tires sound like overkill for my needs. I wore out two sets of the stock GY runflats on my SS. About 4000 miles ago I decided to give the Conti ECS a go. I would agree with all of WhiteMales feedback. I like the tire in every repsect except the initial turn in on the Conti's is not as crisp and there is more understeer (push) up front than I had with the GY tires. The Conti's do ride better, are definitely more quiet and are wearing well. I just miss that turn in feeling I had with the GY tires. Good luck with the decision.
