Well I run that same set up myself with FOUR APEX SM-10 ET22 wheels that are 19 x 10.5 with MS 4S 305 30 19 tires on all four corners. I run this on a SS 1LE camaro and NO SPACERS are required but I had to grind a small part of the strut support bracket BACK to allow for a little more clearance to the INSIDE of the FRONT wheel. With at least -1.5 degrees FRONT Camber you WILL NOT have any tire poke at the top of the wheel well Rear clearance is FINE as well with -1.5 degrees camber no TOP tire poke either.
For TRACK I run FOUR APEX EC7 18 x 11 ET25 wheels and 305 660 18 Pirelli slicks all the way around normally. With THIS you WILL need a 5MM spacer on the FRONT but if you run Gorilla Extended length lug nuts then EXTENDED length front wheel studs are NOT needed.
Both these wheels are BMW specs meaning that you will need to run CONCENTRIC rings to accommodate our smaller hub centers.
You can get these cambers setting WITHOUT camber plates BUT if you start to really get into it then you would want something like VORSHLAG camber plates in front with -3.5 degrees camber and SPL rear toe rods so that you can set REAR negative camber to -2.5 degrees camber. I run these settings on BOTH my street and track tires but to avoid excessive tire wear you will need to run NEUTRAL on your TOE IN TOE OUT settings.
Small little tip here. On a track set up you WILL NOT want to run the APEX wheel Cap centers because with an aggressive wheel and tire setup with GREAT brakes like ZL1 1LE, you can generate enough heat especially with an 18 inch wheel set up to MELT the center caps.
