have you by a chance checked your wiring harness inside the driver side wheel well? i had some similar issues that I tracked down to my tire eating through the fender liner and actually eating through the harness causing weird electrical issues like ur stating. worth a shot....

Going to be looking into this, thank you guys. Having my shop take a third pass on it and we will specifically look for any of these things.

Does anything seem to 'trigger' the freakout. After fixing my alternator connector it mostly is doing it when it's cold or when I'm flooring it or more than half throttle suddenly.
