First time this car has almost left me stranded, thinking I might have a short in the ground cable and going to look more into it this weekend and install extra ground cable. Negative battery cable was 143 degrees according to my ir thermometer and car would not start, got a crank sensor light code and right before I shut car down to go into store rpm signal was not reading. I had some plastic burning smell near battery and in engine bay. Should have looked worked on this when I started getting slow starts a year ago lol
Didn't have any tools on me besides IR thermometer but all grounds appear tight, after letting car cool down for 30 minute it started up and drove fine. Cleared code, rpm signal was back.
