So... I'm confused about how all this works.
I'm paying $1200 for freight delivery, yet GM is unable to appropriately plan the logistics of said delivery? This is frustrating to say the least.
Any suggestions from this quorum? Is there precedent for recourse, or am I at the mercy of GM's inability to manage logistics?
Sorry for the pseudo-rant, but thought folks would be interested to know you're not out of the woods after your car is produced... it might spend its first month+ of life in Toledo!!

Can't really blame GM for this... Railroad logistics are notoriously unpredictable. Sometimes a rail shipment will happen quickly, sometimes it will take weeks/months - and that includes empty cars for loading product of any sort into. Very hard to impossible to predict.
