Thanks! Still a bit confused as you noted an order with a 3400 9/13 TPW moved to 3800 with vin the other day while there are still 3400 Aug TPWs out there. I just assumed the 3400s don't necessarily go in order of TPW based on that. Either way they'll all get built soon. I'm sure there's a method to the madness. Appreciate all the responses!
