While it may resemble a dyno sheet to some extent, it isn't really one. I enabled this horsepower function and checked 3 configurations in VCM, and all 3 of them exhibited this bump in the upper end just like yours is showing.
Obviously the basic formula for hp is correct, and the reason that this is happening is because the Engine Torque and Delivered Engine Torque channels are reporting higher values at higher rpm than reality IMO.
