Your comments "to me" are pertaining to CT law. I wasn't commenting on CT law. NY law explicitly states that any hit and run with an injury WILL have criminal charges. Anything else pertaining to hit and run in NY -MAY- have criminal charges which are determined by things like how much property damage has been done.
