It's been mentioned a few times in various threads. You can actually 'text' GM Customer Service for status updates @ 668677 (from your mobile phone). You can message/chat with them from the 'cheverolet.ca' website (in the bottom right corner you will see an orange 'message us' tab). Once you get started with them, they will provide you with a reference number as well.
