I just spoke to the tuner and he was telling me i have plenty of fueling avail still. He was able to maintain 80psi on the low side on WOT. The prev tuner had it falling off during WOT and i was at 6.2inj pulse width and now im at 5.0 inj pulse width.

Your low side isn’t the issue. Your injectors and hpfp simply will max out once again when ethanol is added. E30 is I believe roughly 94 octane also. Do you want to add octane for additional protection against knock? Is it knocking now?
If your in Florida , add an interchiller
