That would be ideal ... especially if the "Destination and Freight Charge" was removed from the price

Pretty sure I spoke with a dealer in Michigan about this very thing a month or so ago when I considered an SS1LE they had there and they said if they allowed pickup they would do it all the time but they don't. Hopefully it works out for you.
