I bought my car out of state on the internet about 60 miles away during the height of Covid last spring (2020) and had it delivered to me in Connecticut. Last month I brought it to my local dealer (who doesn't stock Camaros by the way) for the convertible rear window issue. They told me to bring it back the next week when the service manager would be there and made me an appointment. I went back on the scheduled day and the service manager came out, looked at the top and told me he didn't know what to do about it. I said it's a year old under warranty so could you help me and find out. He told me to bring it back where I bought it and that he wouldn't help me and that was that and he turned his back and walked away.. I told him that was fennin BS and let's talk to the owner. His response was "you want the owner, you find him". I did. We went back and the service manager had the nerve to say he was helping me and I used foul language. I said "after you told me you wouldn't help me and bring it back where I bought it out of state". He lied right to my face and said that wasn't true. Honestly I wanted to deck him right there. The owner told him to find out what to do about my car and get back to me that day. Of course he never did.

I've bought four cars at that dealership, including a new 2012 Corvette. Never again will I deal with them/ Maritime Chevrolet in Fairfield CT. The old owner was great. These guys are outright liars. Horrible - I should call GM corporate and lodge a complaint.
