Location California, does that mean 'premium' gas is that crap 91 where you are? Can you get E85 in your area?
I agree with KingLT1, E40-50-60 flex tune would help a lot and it would not have heat issues like pulleying will. Plus if 91 is what you have for gas, you are already giving up power even stock, and with a faster-spinning blower it would be even worse, higher IATs and probably lots of KR spoiling the party IMO.
