I had mine replaced through warranty and it came out perfect. Crazy because the car is AC stored so its probably some defect. The worst part was I had to come back 3 times because the dealer kept rejecting the headliners sent and would have to reschedule. I don't think contact cement would have fixed it as the foam kinda rolls out on the edges. I did consider some sort of edging material but thought it should be the way its suppose to be so I had the dealer take care of it. I was able to take the car the same day but they wanted it to sit several hours in the sun for the windshield to set.

Hm, I actually prefer this kind of service department. Even the longest time you have to wait fades into oblivion ten minutes after picking up the car, but if the work isn't done to 100%, you will keep seeing that forever (or at least until you take the car elsewhere, heh).
