On a boat ,you put a gasket on it and bolt it closed. I'm not sure why the same strategy would not work for cars. What fraction of car buyers actually changes an automotive fuse or relay anymore? 0.00001%? And that is the same fraction who already own enough tools to open a sealed fusebox.
