That torque spec with ARP lube is for the nut on the stud. The arp tech i talked to said use any light oil or even arp lube on the threads that go into the block. You dont want to put them in dry.
also to restate if anyone else is reading this.
light lube on the threads going into the block.
the studs should be hand tight.
put the gasket on
put the head on. area around bolt holes should be clean.
put clean washers on the studs.
put arp lube on the back side of the nut and begin torque spec up to 115 ft lbs.
