For comparison, I recently ran a compression check on my '14 SS 1LE LS3. Only mods are the Z/28 CAI, AFE/Pfadt headers and a tune. I had 240psi at the cylinders, cold engine, 42000 miles. I ran it pretty hard for break in, definitely not per the owner's manual.
I thought 240 was impressive, but 265, wow!
