I had the same issue on my 2018 2SS 1LE when I went to the track. Once I figured out the nannies were not really off I felt pretty stupid. You have to hold down the traction control button for at least 5 seconds. You will then get a notification that everything is off. When that happens, be sure you are where it won't matter that you are doing a burnout. I hope this solves it.
