I had a 1999 Mustang GT. Bu the time it hit 45,000 miles it was a total POS.
I also had the faulty intake manifold. Mine warped from the heat. Ford would only cover it if it was cracked from heat.
Remember, there was a lawsuit over this.
it only had 60k miles when I traded it in. POS. Headliner was falling off, AC went out, tranny was having issues, paint flaking like crazy, etc.
It had 30k miles on it used. Again, total POS.

I'm not even going to reply to you about mustangs becuase it's a lost cause with you evidently. But regarding issues with ford. I don't know but last time I checked, gm is far from building a perfect vehicle as well.
