I’m still struggling to understand why this so unique. I’ve owned 9 different manual transmission cars from a 66 VW bug to my 2016 SS. I could launch every one of them from a dead stop by slowly letting out the clutch and not touching the gas. Yours just happens to do it at 900-1000 rpm because that is what your idle speed is set at. The amount of torque we have with our LT1 motors certainly makes this easier and fun.
You car sounds awesome! I do miss the cam thumping of my old LS3.
