Perhaps due to the Pandemic since a lot of dealerships were closed. However I do still think this is going to be a good thing for companies like Vroom. Not many people have the time or desire to spend all day in a dealership. I could definitely see the benefits to paying slightly more but not having to be in a dealership being pressured into shit all day. And there are still a lot of areas that are being heavily impacted by the Pandemic. I mean it is just like online shopping. You order what you want and have it delivered right to you without hassle.
