Again, multiplied by thousands and it is a good business. They're not selling YOUR car. They're selling THOUSANDS of cars. As an example, how much do you think truckers are getting for a day's worth of work? Maybe a few hundred dollars. So if they're hauling 5 cars at $2K a piece then they bring in $10K. If they do 2 loads a day then that is $20K a day. Most truckers are paying their own fuel unless they are working for a company. But at $20K a day for one trucker, even if gas costs $2K and the driver gets $400 that still leaves about $17,500 a day.
Granted it might not be full loads all day every day. And it might not be $2K each car...some cars might fetch more and some less. But you get the point. I'm telling you they are not doing this to lose money. I don't know why you guys think they're out here buying cars high and selling them low and losing money. Why would anyone operate or continue to operate a failed business? It wouldn't have even gotten off the ground if it wasn't a worthwhile venture. And the fact that they're still out here buying high and they're selling what they bring in very quickly has got to mean something.
