HPE advertises BHP just as KaTech, LPE, maybe all do.

HPE's package prices incl. 2-year warranty, and at least 2 round trips shipping. Remove these items and their price (for the 850) is the same as KaTech's. HPE, KaTech and LPE prices are about the same. I have spoken with all.

HPE did ~550 cars in 2019. I doubt any other shop in the country aside from LPE is even the same universe with this volume of work. And, of course, the more cars you produce the greater chance of having a problem car(s).
Back to the OP; if he likes and wants the Exorcist he should do it. Every shop has both fans and detractors.
