There is no downside in my opinion and have been running it on my C7 for about a year. Once you install the flex fuel sensor your tuner will set up another table that adds timing so you'll def feel the additional power it makes. I agree on the storage and what I did I ran mine all the way to November and ran the tank down to about an 1/8 tank or less then added 93 octane and ran it all winter when the days here in Missouri were nice enough to get it out. My C7 picked up almost 1/2 second and 4 mph just by changing over to E85 (E70) and tuning. Can't beat that with a stick, then I added long tubes and xpipe, then retuned again and have went as quick as 11.06@125 w/1.58 60ft. I do of course run a drag radial at the track. My best time on 93 was 12.06@116 w/1.80 60ft
