I guess that depends on your future plans. That Lt2 will never make the power if you decide to go Cam, headers, xpipe. If you want to make just ok power over the Lt1 then the Lt2 is for you. But if your future plans are to make bigger power at a higher RPM then you should make the decision to go with an Msd or even a ported Msd. No brainers are not always the way to look at it. But if someone wants to save some money and willing to pick up a little hp then go for it. Its all good either way.
