Total agreement. GM should treat ALL factory order customers (tiny fraction of all buyers. less than 5%) for ALL models in a concierge way. We should get a call thanking us and telling us how quickly our car will be built. It should have 1st priority. There should be NO consideration for allocation/consensus among dealers. Why hold customers hostage based upon what dealership they walk into. It is TOTAL marketing stupidity how this is handled even w/o the current delays.
fyi - there are over 1,000 dodge competitors on the lot within an easy drive of me.
