If I switch out to DTC pads but wanted to also use that pad on the street what compound would work best in your opinion???

That's where things get tricky. IMO the best bad for street and track use would be OE or maybe even the DTC 30. I've not heard much on the 30's before, but they seem better suited for mixed use than the DTC 60/70/80 or other brand's full race pad based on their description. I'm not sure if they'd give much more initial bite over stock like you're looking for, though.
The other option would be to get one of the DTC 60/70/80 pads for track use only and swap back to the HPS pads for the street. I hate to regurgitate since it seems like all brake hardware threads turn into this recommendation, but reaching out to KNS Brakes would probably be helpful. They have a good selection of pads and can also make a better recommendation on which specific pads to get based on your ZL1 front calipers to maintain the proper front/rear balance.
