I recently bought one to use on my 5th gen ZL1 convertible.
Quickjacks web site asks you to take a few measurements to decide which model is for you.
When I measured the distance between the outward edges of my lift points, the BL-5000slx came up about 1 inch shy of spanning that distance. I have no doubt that it'd still be close enough to work, but I decided to opt for the longer version, the BL-5000ext.
The quickjacks ship with 2 sets of rubber lift blocks, one set a bit taller.
I have heard stories in the past with the quickjacks arriving with shipping damage.
I ordered mine straight from Bendpack. They came in perfect condition with the ramps sandwiched between two pieces of plywood and Styrofoam.
for those cars (like mine) that have lifting points where you lift front the rocker pinch welds, there are several companies that sell jacking pads that fit the pinch welds.
Some of the lift pads are meant to fit the pinch welds and hold on with magnets, other lift blocks are machined blocks made of aluminum that attach with set screws and are meant to stay attached permanently.
