The extended warranty needs to be bought before the 3yr/36k bumper to bumper ends. You can still get it but it will be super high price wise. It starts the day you purchase it to the miles you took for the term and years. Your 3yr/36k and 5yr/60k is still intact. I've been researching cause I'm going to get a plan for my girlfriend's 2ss next year.
