I've posted several times that Cold Air Inductions front and center on their FAQ page states that their intakes do NOT void the warranty. I'd be curious to see if they stood by quietly while a customer had to deal with GM. I would certainly use that as evidence for installing the CAI and thinking the warranty was intact.
