Are they? What is the entire context of the statement and what is the source? If it's part of a SEC filing for quarterly performance, and it is part of a larger statement that RENTAL COMPANY sales are significantly down, then it's an important thing for shareholders to know - "No, we aren't selling anywhere near as many Malibu sedans to the rental companies right now. But, we are selling significantly more directly to consumers. So, the interest in the vehicle is still there even though fleet sale drop-off shows an overall drop."
