Small servo or pneumatic cylinder to make it work. If someone knows Raspberry Pi well it would be pretty easy to automate it based on speed. Would even function as an airbrake under hard braking.
Aeromotion makes an amazing setup. They just don't have it for our cars. Yet...
with enough interest they would make it. At the cost is about the same for their dynamic wing as it is for the OEM spoiler on sale.

Wow the S2 dynamic wing is amazing, it's a great concept for downforce on a turn and also the straight aways.
