Only because no one else is answering... This is more of an opinion than fact or personal experience.
Depends on how fast you are going. The faster you go the more impact it will have. But it seems like a horrible idea to increase the downforce on the rear while leaving the front untouched. You are essentially putting a large amount of weight in the rear of the car and nothing in the front. The balance of your car will be thrown off and the front of your car will break lose far more easily, a very bad thing.
The faster you are going, the larger the impact you will notice. At auto x speeds you won't notice any difference. At nurburg speeds the difference will be substantial.
The stock ZLE is 54/46 and at full downforce without the canards it would change to 50/50 with just the wing... That is a really big difference. 50/50 might sound good, but the suspension isn't set up to function with maximum efficiency are those numbers.
