I filled up with E91 last week tested right in front of me.

I called a buddy to go out to do some roll racing and he said his motor was blown I said what ya do add full E? He said ya how did you know? I said I know what fuel mods you have! I might mention he was told by his tuner at MTI he could run full E after he came in to adjust his meth kit and later that day at the track the motor said Bye Bye!
I would rather run less boost, more octane, and more timing opposed to more boost, less octane, and less timing. Yea on the dyno more boost on 93 might make similar power on a cooled down pull, but out on the street or track, the other setup will perform better.

You don't really have to worry...the stuff is easy to mix and there are plenty of options out there that allow you to monitor E percentage. E91 is reducing fuel mileage with that much E content. If you dial the E content back into the 50-60% range fuel economy also improves and you are getting 95% of the benefits of E.

Full E is kind of a open ended term. Full E could be 75% or 90% depending on the filling station. The only way to get consistent E is to buy it by the drum. You can't go from pump to pump expecting to get the same E content. I have seen pumps around my area range from E78 to E90. Normally if you go to the same pump the E content will always be the same except when it changes blends for winter. Either way I always look at my Ethanol % after filling up to verify it's where I want it.

Personally I don't trust anybody...If I am modding a car that I have a lot of money invested into then I am going to learn how to read data logs and make sure everything looks good. Plenty of engines have failed on 93 due to "tuner" saying everything looks good on a dyno.
