Only your tuner will be able to tell you the percentage of E you can run once you do some logging and he can see your High and low pressure numbers plus your injector pulse width. This is crucial so no guessing allowed. Also in HP tuner you'll have an additional table with flex fuel and the tuner will add timing to the flex fuel table and it will adjust depending on the E content. If your on straight 93 and the flex fuel sensor reads that no additional timing will be added but as you add E then the sensor sees that and can add more timing under acceleration or WOT. It works great. You need HP Tuners to log and send them to the tuner so he can optimize your tune. Its the best mod I've done on my C7, couldn't do it on my Camaro since I didn't have a big fuel system so it was cheaper to run race fuel.
