105y and 99Y are not the same tire. You should get that new one replaced with the correct tire.

MPS4S are good in the wet. The stock goodyears will try to kill you.

OP is in Tampa, where it doesn't often get to 40F. Summer tires work fine here. Just need good wet grip for the inevitable 2 in/hr downpours in the wet season.
