Tire question
Okay so I just got a screw on my rear tire. Hit the damn sidewalk so not patchable. Luckily I purchased the road hazard so they prorated the life of the tire. (Only 3 months old.) ps4s 305 30 20.
Picked up the new one today. It is slightly different from my current tire. Still Michelin ps4s same size. Tread looks almost identical except one of the ridges is narrow on the new tire. Also looking at the sidewall. Old one says. 105Y in parentheses new one says 99Y. Also on sidewall I see tread plies, one says polyester and the other says 1 rayon. Attaching pics.
Also as a side note. Had the ps4s since novemberish. Hate them. They won’t grip worth shit. Stock good years at 30% life left gripped better. So I was always surprised to see such raving reviews about them on here. Maybe they gave me a bad set? Anyways. Thoughts?
