Worked on the catch can and vac/boost dist block. I like where the block is and how the hoses will be run. I'm not 100% sold on the catch can and routing. I wanted it clean and functional. Also able to be drained easily from opening the hood, not using a remote drain. The hoses are a bit long this way but will tuck under the coil brackets nicely.
For mounting the vac block, I used two head bolt holes with some spacers. It holds the wires close to the engine and keeps short vac/boost hoses. The wiring for the mac valve and boost ref line will follow the harness up along the intake and into the fire wall. Should be clean.
The other way I was thinking was to switch the valve covers so the breathers are toward the front of the engine and the pass hose would run up along the rad and into the can. About 20 inches long. The driver side would be about 8 inches long. Id have to make a new bracket and buy one more -10 fitting. Who knows, maybe ill leave it maybe ill change it.
Mighty mouse quick connect fittings on the intake for Boost source and valley cover for catch can.
