Smoking on Deceleration

I have a 2017 Camaro SS that has a TSP 416 rotating assembly, Factory heads port polished and skim by PRC, Magnuson TVS 2300, with a MM catch can. I just purchase the car about a month ago and the car has 2200 miles on it, motor has about 1700 miles on it maybe 700 or less of those miles is with the supercharger on it. The car has had some kinks that I'm trying to work out. Just had the car tuned it made 805hp and 808tq on e85 and 775hp on 93

Now for my issue took the car for a spin the other day made a 70 to 140 mph pull car felt great. When I slowed down to turn around I notice the car was smoking. I got out and you guess it, it smelt like oil. I took it easy on the way back to the house and there was no smoke. Rolling about 60 I down shifted it to get it up in the RPM's and it started smoking again right away. Car can set for several days and you can crank it no smoke it does not smoke at idle. You can rev the car up no smoke. Even when the car was on the dyno it didn't smoke like this. I did notice on a couple of the dyno pulls that the car haze a lil blue smoke when the car came back to a idle after a full pull but no mosquito fogging like it is now. And this is the first time I drove the car after having it tuned.

I have a hard time believing that its piston ring or valve seals or guides. I hoping that its a PCV issue. I did reach out to Mighty Mouse and sent them some photos of the install and he said everything looked good other then a check valve that was installed on the vacuum side between the catch can and the Magnuson. My buddy is loaning me everything to do a leak down test just to make sure that its not in the heads or pistons.

Has anyone else have any experience with these symptoms? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I know the engine bay is dirty in the pictures and it has been cleaned properly since this photo. Its kinda embarrassing but thats how it looked when I bought it.
