It should fit nicely in the tunnel right in front on the driveshaft, if you need pictures I can get some. I cut the stock exhaust and put it in place.
I will warn you though, it will make it a lot quieter, enough to where you might not like it. I am still not satisfied with my sound, I think you have to sacrifice a lot with long tube headers. There is a lot of bad quality sounds the stock manifolds and exhaust dampens.
I think a alot of the problem comes from when timing is pulled during the shift and it brings out the raspy/crappy sound from the exhaust. The magnaflow will help quiet that sound down, but I still think I can detect a lot of it, but most other people probably wouldn't notice.
